    Roth Staffing is looking for Lead Project Manager III for the client (life insurance company).

    Job Description:

    Currently, we are seeking a senior level Lead Project Manager to work in the Enterprise Program Office (EPO). The EPO supports the enterprise goals and initiatives of all corporate areas throughout the company. These departments include Human Resources, Finance (FP&A and Acctg), Enterprise Risk Management, Actuarial, Investments, etc.

    The Lead Project Manager manages multiple workstreams/projects by aligning project schedules, critical milestones, risks, issues and dependencies and all supporting documents at a program level. The Lead Project Manager will provide support to the Transformation Management Office (TMO) with a matrix line into the TMO Program Manager and will lead, facilitate, and influence project sponsors & stakeholders and collaborates with core project team members in the successful completion / implementation of projects/programs as defined by the business case.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with Finance transformation across multiple Divisions/stakeholders
    • Specifically with large scale ERP financial systems implementations Oracle Cloud ERP
    • o (Oracle Financial Services Accounting Foundation Cloud Services (AFCS)
    • o Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub
    • o Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - specifically the general ledger
    • o Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
    • o Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
    • 10+ years progressive experience in project/program management with demonstrated experience at a program level
    • PMP and/or Scrum certification preferred
    • Highly skilled in Project Management tools, specifically SmartSheet, ADO, and MS productivity tools (i.e., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Visio)
    • In-depth knowledge or experience within Insurance or financial services, and experience with Accounting & Reporting is a strong plus
    • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills ( exhibit poise and exercise diplomacy in communication, ability to influence others toward consensus, conflict management and decision-making. Strong in critical thinking, data analysis and reporting, risk and controls, and process improvement)
    • Must be a self-starter, have demonstrated experience in a lead role, be well organized, effectively managing their time and be a strong leader who can adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities
    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Technology, CFA, CPA, or other relevant study, or equivalent experience
    • Majority of stakeholders are based in California (PST time zone), preference to have candidate located in Orange County, CA as physical presence would be very helpful in follow-ups, relationship building, meeting, etc.

    Must Have Skills:
