    Description:

    This role will partner closely with a large marketing org to provide project management support and help prioritization and execution on the project backlogs. We are seeking a self-starter and someone who can be a natural at building influence in cross-functional partnerships and drive towards the successful delivery of project objectives.

    Responsibilities


    • Set up and implement team's usage of Asana for overall project management


    • Interview stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively solution for that in Asana


    • Create intake forms and templates for team to use when starting new projects


    • Report back on status of projects and allocation of team members


    • Maintain and support prioritization for a backlog/roadmap of project enhancements and initiatives


    • Support and drive detailed process execution tracking and reporting of different data elements associated with the portfolio such as the status updates project intake process risk/issues assessments and escalations etc.


    • Refine and update the overall portfolio management capabilities for the team to ensure consistency and clarity for all stakeholders on goals approaches timelines milestones and other relevant details


    • Create detailed artifacts and materials to support portfolio management and planning including data capture spreadsheets instruction guides and other materials


    • Design content and support facilitation of working sessions for project and user acceptance testing review and activities with stakeholders


    • Support ongoing communication with stakeholders on process logistics and portfolio reviews


    • Support and drive execution of planning meetings and all related activities

    Experience


    • Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with grace and confidence


    • Ability to keep the big picture in mind, yet juggle many detailed projects


    • Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement/support and delivering results in a highly organized manner


    • Strong experience with Asana and other collaboration tools


    • Experience working with engineers, developer, marketing teams is beneficial
