What You'll Do:
Lead a flock of Wingstop locations, ensuring each one is flying high on performance, flavor, and customer satisfaction.
Coach, mentor, and inspire General Managers to build dream teams that bring the flavor and fun every day.
Keep a sharp eye on operations, sales, inventory, staffing, and (of course) those signature sauces.
Roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and celebrate wins—because this job is more than just spreadsheets.
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of experience managing multiple locations in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality world.
A track record of crushing goals and boosting team performance.
Leadership skills that motivate others to be their best (with or without buffalo sauce).
A love of fast-paced environments, fried greatness, and flavor that doesn't quit.
Understanding, processing, and reporting business financials and projections
