    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a safe and secure environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop nursing care plans with guidance from the Registered Nurse (RN).
    • Perform complete physical assessment and medical history.
    • Provide nursing care within your capacity and refer other medical problems to the appropriate physician.
    • Administer prescribed medications as instructed.
    • Evaluate patients' symptoms, reactions, and progress, and report problems to management.
    • Securely administer medication, taking precautions against drug hoarding and trafficking.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
    • Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state the facility is located.
    • Two (2) years of direct work experience preferred.
    • Competence in crisis intervention, medical emergencies, physical assessment, medical nursing care, and psychiatric nursing care.

    Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

    Location: Varies by Facility
