    Responsible for all measures regarding improving product quality during the development and series production phases.
    ·

    Responsible for the tracking quality performance, maintaining customer quality targets and ensuring timely submission against all customer requirements by accessing and managing customer portals and BCAQ
    ·


    First contact for customer concerns, including Warranty and the coordination of 8D process, by establishing cross functional teams where necessary.

    ·

    Implement continuous improvement activities where applicable to drive process quality improvement within the Plant.
    ·

    Create and maintain Plant related quality documentation.
    ·

    Forms an integral part of the project team by ensuring all customer APQP requirements are met. Advises the project team on customer specific quality requirements and ensures adherence to these requirements.
    ·

    Responsible for alerting management when potential design issues arise that may have a negative effect on the product quality/functionality.
    ·

    Compiles the Control Plan in correlation with the Process Flow diagram and PFMEA.
    ·

    Performs Capability and MSA studies.
    ·

    Responsible for supporting assembly trials for program platforms for which they are responsible and final line release, including packaging.
    ·

    Submitting PPAP to customer or other customer specific documentation requirements
    ·

    Performing process and product audits
    ·

    Is aware of and able to train customer specific requirements.
    ·

    Using customer specific documentation where required.
    ·

    Supporting Lessons Learned process based on customer concerns.
    ·

    Engineering Degree
    ·

    Experience of working at Engineer level in a Quality Environment. (2-5 years)
    ·

    Understanding of statistics and ability to use analysis tools in problem solving especially Minitab.
    ·

    Knowledge of customer specific quality requirements (incl. APQP)
    ·

    Knowledge of Kautex Manufacturing processes
    ·

    Release procedures (IATF 16949, core tools, VDA 2)
    ·

    Able to moderate process-FMEA sessions
    ·

    Experience of working with PPAP, 8D and FMEA
    ·

    Computer based skills (MS office)
    Strong local and English language skills
