    We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Lead to help drive our investments in creators on Instagram.

    You'll be responsible for supporting a team of product marketers, creating business and product strategies, managing our go-to-market plans, and coordinating a cross-functional team building the future of creator products on Instagram.

    The ideal candidate will have (direct/indirect) people management or mentoring experience, a multi-disciplinary background including business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills, and will be passionate and knowledgeable about the creator & media ecosystem.

    Develop product strategy and provide product team leadership, in partnership with disciplines including product management, engineering, design, research, data science
    Lead cross-functional and cross-team relationship building and collaboration with product team, GTM, and cross-org partners
    Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers and scale the Product Marketing function for creator facing products
    Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding our product and go-to-market strategy
    Represent the market with product teams, including qualitative and quantitative feedback from creators, and help product teams prioritize roadmaps
    Minimum Qualifications
    8+ years experience in product marketing & business strategy development
    Proven experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research and insights
    Demonstrable experience working with, or in support of, diverse communities
    Demonstrable experience working in digital media, with an interest in or knowledge of the Instagram creator landscape
    Proven experience successfully launching and driving adoption for new digital products and services while owning and achieving KPIs
    Demonstrable experience successfully conveying ideas both internally to multiple stakeholders and teams, as well as externally to end users
    Preferred Qualifications
    BA/BS degree and/or MBA in relevant field
    3+ years of people management experience
    Experience with creator products or audiences

    $150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

    Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
