Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for complex enterprise product issues, including analysis of logs and system diagnostics.
Perform simple data fixes within databases as needed, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
Utilize Azure Application Insights and other monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Develop and maintain small Proof of Concept (POC) projects to support and accelerate the product team's initiatives.
Write clear, comprehensive technical documentation that supports product understanding and use.
Communicate effectively with other teams across the global enterprise to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical support, systems administration, or a similar role within a cloud computing environment, particularly Azure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and analyze log files and system diagnostics.

Familiarity with database management, including the ability to execute simple data fixes, combined with experience in SQL in order to create and execute queries.

Experience with Azure Application Insights or similar monitoring tools.
Ability to develop small POCs to demonstrate potential solutions or enhancements for the product team.
Grasp of HTTP and REST API protocols, methods, codes and headers.

Front-end debugging is a plus – monitor and analyze network activity of a website, request/responses made by the browser, status codes, payloads.
