    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Primary tasks involve land and construction surveying, using conventional and GPS methods
    • Need experience in project management
    • Attend pre-survey planning meetings with project managers
    • Support client project managers throughout all phases of facilities design, construction, repair, and modification projects
    • Research existing record information, maintain field data records, and interact with government clients
    • Aid in the design of civil site plans for government buildings using MicroStation CAD
    • May lead a field survey crew for various survey projects

    Education/Requirements:

    • Required: Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Georgia
    • 3-5+ years' experience in Land Surveying
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Terramodel, Survey software, and CADD software
    • Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices in Georgia
    • General knowledge of field/construction surveying practices
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Valid driver's license and insurability

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Perform tasks both indoors and outdoors, including at construction sites
