- Develop implement material management strategies policies procedures compliant FAR Part DFARS part This includes : Hiring training talent who manage material flow per Anduril Federal guidelines Develop processes increase efficiency speed elimination waste effectiveness Anduril materials management Implement necessary systems match Anduril Federal policies government property inventory management FAR DFARS Implement end-to-end material measures FIFO adherence variances cycle time optimization scrap obsolescence management count audits ensure accuracy mitigate stockouts overstocking Critical metrics development improvement Collaborate cross-functional teams procurement production manufacturing engineering logistics quality accurate demand forecasting procuremen planning timely delivery materials Align material availability production schedules minimize disruptions meet customer demand on time Analyze usage trends opportunities process improvements lean practices optimize handling storage distribution Utilize ERP WMS software track inventory generate reports data-driven insights support decision-making optimize related processes Ensure compliance regulatory safety standards protocols all activities Lead develop high-performing warehouse team providing guidance training feedback foster culture excellence continuous improvemen.
