    What you'll Do

    co-, powered by Doceree is a game-changing solution that enables pharma brands to seamlessly activate, manage, and optimise their affordability programs directly within the HCP workflow. Powered by the industry's largest structured database of co- and affordability offers, it provides real-time access to savings information at the point of prescription – empowering providers to support patients when it matters most. With a unified view for all stakeholders, co- turns affordability into a strategic, measurable lever for brand performance – driving better access, adherence, and patient outcomes.

    As Director – Sales & Partnerships (co-), you will play a key role in driving new revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and account expansion across pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will own the full revenue lifecycle - from prospecting and deal execution through expansion and renewals - positioning co- as a core component of brand access and commercialisation strategies. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior pharmaceutical stakeholders, translating complex affordability and access challenges into scalable, measurable solutions that drive brand performance.

    • Own and grow revenue for co- by closing new logo deals and expanding relationships with existing pharma clients
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, negotiations, contracting, and close
    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with pharma brands, access teams, and commercialisation stakeholders
    • Position co- as a differentiated, brand-direct affordability solution within the broader patient access ecosystem
    • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and success program activation
    • Collaborate with leadership team to refine go-to-market strategy, messaging, and value propositions
    • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving affordability regulations
    • Drive renewals and long-term account growth by demonstrating clear ROI and commercial impact

    Who You Are

    • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development or Partnerships within pharma or life sciences
    • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with pharma manufacturers
    • Deep knowledge of Patient Access, Affordability Programs, Hub Services, and co-pay dynamics
    • Strong understanding of the pharma commercialisation landscape, including brand teams, access, and reimbursement stakeholders
    • Comfortable engaging and influencing senior decision-makers (Brand, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Leadership)
    • Highly consultative seller with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling commercial narratives
    • Strategic, self-directed, and results-driven, with experience operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence owning revenue targets and forecasts
