We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to help with daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments for licensed agents
  • Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and visitor reception
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication with clients,
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
