    The Business Development Director will report to the Regional President and work cross-functionally with the Commercial Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams. This position will gather, analyze, and review data to build compelling presentations for the Executive Leadership team and the Board of Directors. This role requires exceptional data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and solid communication and presentation skills.

    Work Schedule

    This position would be based in Atlanta, GA. The work schedule is hybrid: remote on Monday and Friday and in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop engaging presentations for company/board meetings by leveraging key data across supply chain, operations, finance, and commercial sales.
    • Analyze and interpret complex data, craft compelling narratives, and present fact-based insights concisely.
    • Estimate the business impact of strategic initiatives and prepare reports and recommendations for executive leadership.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans.
    • Leverage data from Salesforce, Dynamics 365 (ERP), and other data sources to create and analyze reports, dashboards, and KPIs, monitoring and supporting business execution.
    • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, managing project scope and priorities and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
    • Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting thorough analysis, focusing on continuous improvement, data management, ensuring reliable data, developing process improvements, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
    • Support the implementation of business solutions, monitoring progress, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
    • Perform ad-hoc queries and maintain reports from various resources to support departmental and organizational needs.
    • Track business development activities and report results to management.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, supply chain, or a relevant role.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with Salesforce.
    • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional skills in PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Excellent judgment and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple projects and business functions simultaneously.
    • Flexibility and practical change management skills.
    • A self-motivated individual with a strong project management understanding and proficiency in business analysis.
    • Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing deadlines.
