• We are hiring: Maintenance Worker
• Pay Range: $12-$14 hourly
• Requirements: Must have own vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursement provided)

As a Handyman/Maintenance Worker, your role is crucial in ensuring all grounds and equipment are in good working order to maintain a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living and working environment for the individuals we serve.

• Oversee ongoing preventative maintenance of multiple programs/offices across an assigned region.
• Plan and schedule work assignments efficiently with available resources and equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure quality work delivery.
• Analyze and resolve complaints related to services and equipment.
• Communicate maintenance procedures for buildings' operations.
• Maintain buildings and grounds in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain various mechanical equipment, including kitchen appliances, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and more.
• Draft plans for building requirements and wire networks for computer connectivity.
• Establish inventory control programs and manage supplies effectively.
• Work with inspectors, fire marshals, and vendors to ensure safety and compliance.
