Responsibilities:
run diagnostics and synthesize results and findingsshort term projects/engagements (2-4 months usually), opportunity for lots of variety with data , tools, technologiesestablish trust with clients, polished communication , executive presence for proposals and workshopsQualifications:

3 years experience at least, ideally 4-5+strong data education and practical experienceadvanced/comfortable with large data sets , excited to dig into robust data and navigate/transformintermediate-advanced in Excel : (e.g. Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, OFFSET, INDEX, MATCH, SUMIF, etc.)experience with Ra blend of execution and "head-down" analytics with creative problem solving /solutioning/brainstormingcreate business case models and projections - turn this into a client facing tool/deliverableculture fit would be: confident but humble, curious and creative, passionate about how data drives business decisions, sense of urgency, can carry a diverse workload and naturally prioritize efforts
