Pacific Union College is seeking an Assistant Director of Athletics that has a passion for Athletics and training of young adults.

This position oversee Champions of Character program of the NAIA, to attend and represent Athletics in all requested or required Pacific Union College meetings, and committees.

Supervise the NAIA academy program, to promote and market our clubs and leagues programs, intramural programs, and events in our facilities.

Also, the Associate Athletics Director, may be required to take the CDL Class B test, and be ready to drive teams when needed.

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. (The College may agree to a period of grace for completion/certification)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in facility and operations event/game management required.
• Management in a collegiate or professional venue environment.
• Thorough knowledge of all NAIA, and Institutional rules governing the conduct of intercollegiate athletics, particularly regarding facility and game operations matters.
