    Therapist Position at The Academy at Sisters

    At The Academy at Sisters, we are a dedicated team committed to guiding adolescent youth and their families towards healing and growth. Our program is tailored to provide innovative and personalized care to our clients, making a positive impact on their lives.

    • Offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions
    • Managing a small caseload to provide focused attention
    • Collaborating with a treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
    • Providing training opportunities to enhance skills

    Responsibilities:

    As a Therapist at The Academy at Sisters, you will conduct individual and group therapy sessions for enrolled youth, following therapeutic approaches that align with the ABCR Program model. Working closely with the Treatment Team, you will assist in developing personalized treatment plans for the residents, including parent groups and family therapy. Building strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, and professionals is crucial. Additionally, you will support Admissions and the Treatment Team by assessing referrals and communicating effectively with referring professionals.

    Requirements:

    - Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
