We are looking for an experienced

Construction Project Manager

to join a national level firm that's been in business for over 100 years in the

Southern California area The right candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering significant projects for new and existing clients.

In this role, candidates will lead the business development process, act as the Client Service Manager, and manage all aspects of project management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
California Professional Engineering license
5+ years of experience in construction project management, people management, and business development
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and teaming skills


Responsibilities:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed according to the project plan
Leading business development efforts with support of Construction Management Leader as needed
Meeting clients in person across Southern California areas (Orange/LA/San Bernardino counties)

The expected compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $195,000 depending upon experience.
