    Job Summary

    This role leads multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers' compensation claims, providing technical direction, training, and oversight. The successful candidate will have a strong background in claims management, leadership, and communication.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff
    • Provide technical direction and training to team members
    • Monitor workloads, performance, and quality of claims handling
    • Collaborate with management to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for process improvement
    • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, service contracts, and quality standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
    • Licenses as required (e.g., insurance, law)
    • 6+ years of claims experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience
    • Strong knowledge of claims management processes and procedures
    • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
