Position Overview:

As an SLP with Soliant Health, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential speech and language services within an educational environment. Your responsibilities will involve assessing, diagnosing, and implementing tailored interventions to enhance students' speech and language abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of students.
• Administer therapy sessions and targeted interventions to improve students' communication skills.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress, evaluations, and treatment plans.
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to student education plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
