Job summary
This position is primarily responsible for deposit account and safe deposit box maintenance,quality control of maintenance, exception items processing,
HSA and IRA custodial duties,
and supporting Bank staff with internal inquiries.
- Daily tasks include maintaining customer deposit and safe deposit box accounts records accurately.
- Maintenance and quality control all address changes, auto transfers stop payments deceased customer maintenance product changes,
- other account maintenance timely accurately assist branch personnel with inquiries related to deposit accounts recommend procedural enhancements as appropriate to maintain compliance with all regulations improve efficiency the Team Lead or Deposit Operations Payment Services Manager
- Maintain knowledge current Bank products services actively utilize many Bank products services understand their features benefits communicate effectively customers prospective customers<.ul>
