- Manage unposted items, overdrafts, exceptions, deposit maintenance, and account research.
- Offer customer support for electronic fund transfers and resolve disputes on various transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of return processes and unauthorized transactions.
- Support business and retail banking platforms by reviewing remote deposits, creating accounts, and processing billing.
- Review account documentation for Deposit and CD products for accuracy.
- Respond to requests from internal and external clients related to account maintenance and research.
- Assist with deposit-related inquiries and provide backup support for functions like wires and fraud prevention.
- Contribute to special projects such as system integrations or upgrades.
- Perform any other assigned duties as necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in banking operations, particularly in accounting or deposit operations, is preferred.
- Understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential.

Role Overview:
Join us as an Operations Specialist, where you will be responsible for a range of deposit operations tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the bank. Your duties will include handling electronic fund transfers, daily overdrafts, deposit maintenance, account research, and participation in special projects related to deposit operations. This position is based in Moline, IL or Fulda, MN, and does not support remote work.
