Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to be the Clinic Director at a senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.
Therapy services for residents are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.As the Clinic Director, your tasks include:
Overseeing team members' care delivery in compliance with regulations
Leading operational efforts, implementing company-wide policies, clinical programs, and quality initiatives
Advising care partners on treatment plans and interventions
Maintaining professional standards according to company policies and clinical initiatives
As a PT, you will:
Deliver physical therapy and wellness services to older adults
Perform assessments, treatment plans, and interventions
Contribute to program development, quality enhancement, and issue resolution
Enhance each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction
Your Schedule
While our clinics typically operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, you can tailor a schedule to suit your lifestyle
