    Description

    As a part of the training staff, the Technical Trainer will develop the technical capabilities of customer and engineers through effective and efficient knowledge and skill transfer to enable optimized installation, performance, and productivity of systems in customer fabs

    • Hardware training – system operations, preventive maintenance, and tool calibration
    • Software training – use of our research software products in troubleshooting and tool performance monitoring

    Job Responsibilities:

    Ideal Skills & Requirements:

    • Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products.
    • Works with engineering, technical support, and instructional design team to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
    • Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
    • Follows up to determine applicability of course material.
    • Helps maintain Training equipment for class use.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Capital equipment hardware experience. (Maintenance)
    • Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners.
    • Familiarity with working in the semiconductor Industry.
