Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Spine and Pain (ASAP) in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and maintaining patient records.- Responsible for checking patients in and out of their appointments at the Deer Valley location.
- Answering calls in a pleasant manner aiming towards a one call resolution.
- Assisting patients with inquiries and scheduling appointments.
