    Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

    Company Overview:

    Welcome to an exciting opportunity at a leading manufacturing company in North Tulsa. We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team.

    Job Description:

    Pay Rate: $32/hr

    Hours: 5am to 6:30pm Friday-Sunday

    • Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
    • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
    • Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
    • Makes budgetary recommendations and may control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
    • Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
    • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

    Characteristics/Scope:

    As a key member of the Management Track, you will be responsible for setting directions, deploying resources, and managing a team of professionals.

    • Provides immediate supervision to a team/group of two or more semi-skilled or para-professional contributors.
    • Assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules.
    • Requires full knowledge of own functional responsibility.
    • Directs junior employees to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
    • Monitors daily departmental operations and focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.

    Basic Requirements:

    (Minimum Experience)

    • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of production/manufacturing experience
      OR Master's degree and at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience OR At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience
