The Loan Payment Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely servicing of various types of loans (including consumer, indirect, mortgage, and commercial), interacting with members and third-party vendors to resolve complex loan-related issues and properly applying payments,Responsibilities
- Educate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues regarding loans
- Assist internal team members with loan-related issues via chat and email
- Making daily outbound calls to members regarding their proof of insurance discrepancies
