    Job Description

    The Lead Server is an integral, non-supervisory part of the kitchen and dining team that is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the residents in our 5-star Dining Room.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
    • Keep restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectation
    • Create and maintain ongoing schedules for kitchen and dining staff
    • Work with community leadership/stakeholders on process improvement projects as assigned.
    • Train new kitchen and dining staff by partnering with leadership to create training content and schedules, confirm policies, and execute hands-on trainings.
    • Cover other focus areas anywhere in the kitchen and dining room as needed

    Qualifications

    • Strong previous in a food service environment.
    • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Communicate effectively in English
