    THE POSITION

    Oversee, direct, own andmanage operational projects and be part of overseeing and directing operationalprojects for world-class integrated supply chain projects within the GlobalAftermarket materials organization. You will be primarily responsible forinfluencing and managing cross functional teams with respect to allocationprocesses, rebalancing processes and material availability with respect to sparesand material flow within the R&O shops. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meetor exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals andobjectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and forintervention and problem solving with key stakeholders. You will interface with and influence alllevels of the ISC and related functions from senior most leadership to theoperational execution teams.

    You will be leading complex,global, projects across multiple teams, functions and disciplines within thebusiness.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive and execute new initiatives and existing processes
    • Lead team projects
    • Develop improved allocation and rebalancing processes and tactics and drive digitization and tools at all levels
    • Reporting on projects
    • Lead internal leadership forums/calls and meetings with respect to core disciplines
    • Optimize Material management procedures
    • Improve Operating System Maturity
    • Health, Safety and Environment compliance
    • Material Scheduling

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
    • 3-5+ years of materials management experience
    • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

    WE VALUE

    • Significant experience in ISC, materials, distribution centers and operations
    • Strong experience in project management and problem-solving skill
    • Expert within material control system such as MRP/SAP systems
    • Expertise across professional disciplines within material management function
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
    • Mentor new leaders or peers
    • Significant experience inmaterials management
