Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager with a Strong background in leading high performing teams, hands on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing software performance.

Responsibilities:
Lead high-performing engineering team, driving quality and excellence in client deliverables through strategic planning and technical governance.

Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, establishing and evolving engineering processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure reliable delivery of top-tier solutions.

Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and performance of products
Manage team resources effectively, including recruitment, performance evaluation, coaching, and talent development.
Collaborate closely with Senior leadership to identify staffing needs, set goals, provide training, and maintain compliance.

Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience managing teams
8+ years of experience with hands on coding/ development
Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Optimizing software performance, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS and Azure is highly desired
