- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced professional role
- In-depth understanding of auditing standards and their application to user access reviews
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical review strategies and quantitative analytics
- Ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback
- Previous audit, controls, process, and/or IT audit experience (preferred, not required)
- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of centralized user entitlement reviews
- Utilize analytical prowess to identify potential risks, weaknesses, and compliance issues within user access controls
- Drive the development, testing, implementation, and management of updates to UER tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and comprehend business requirements for application implementation within UER tools
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL queries, data types, and joins to ensure access data accuracy and completeness

Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Manager IT Risk & Compliance Analytics. This is a hybrid, 3 days a week, role in Bannockburn, IL. As the Manager of IT Risk & Compliance Analytics, you will spearhead the comprehensive execution of our centralized User Entitlement Review (UER) process, leveraging internally developed tools in Outsystems and Alteryx. Reporting directly to the Director of IT Risk & Compliance, you'll lead a team of Analytics Analysts, collaborating closely with various organizational levels to ensure adherence to our access management policy and identifying and resolving compliance gaps.
