BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that may incorporate both teleworking and in-person office hours. Employees must be able to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.


What You'll Do:
Performs system related audits of vendors;
Evaluates system controls and adherence to contractual requirements;
Performs review and testing of SSAE-18 SOC-1 controls;
Provides support to the department by extracting data and creating reports;
Stays abreast of industry standards, current events and risk impact;
Prepares reports and presents findings.

Qualifications
To Qualify,

You Must Clearly Demonstrate:

Required Experience and/or Education:
Completion of undergraduate core coursework in computer science, computer programming, computer technology or systems analysis; 24 mos. trg. or 24 mos. exp.

in performing EDP audits in order to evaluate information systems design & controls & information processing accuracy & data integrity.

Note:

In Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, performing EDP audits is to be interpreted as auditing of computer processing operations & related control procedures, auditing of computer applications for appropriateness of controls & accuracy of processing, examination of computer access controls & procedures, evaluation of controls related to data security within computer system design, determining level of security risk to data, analysis of adequacy of disaster recovery of data, analysis of data intrusion controls & detection mechanisms, evaluation of controls & security over programs & data.

Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
