    About the role

    The Transformation Program Senior Analyst reports to the Sr. Transformation Leader and will be part of a nimble team that supports executive leadership across a variety of strategic transformation initiatives. The incumbent will leverage prior experience in planning, executing, and managing large transformation initiatives, operational performance improvements, organizational restructurings, and/or cost optimizations to design the future state operating model, execute the transformation, and identify and capture expense savings.

    What you need to know:

    + Participate in strategic transformation initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment

    + Support the analysis, design and execution of strategic transformation initiatives, including significant design decisions, re-engineering critical processes, optimizing technology, and capturing expense savings

    + Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders

    + Contribute to managing teams of consultants to help drive a best-in-class transformational outcome

    What we are looking for:

    + Excited by complexity and change with a successful track record supporting large transformations in challenging and dynamic environments.

    + Former experience as a consultant, internal or external, is desired, but not required.

    + Experience in supporting the planning and executing of large transformation initiatives, operational performance improvements, organizational restructurings, and/or cost optimizations to identify and capture expense savings.

    + A get it done attitude with the ability to navigate through large organizations and drive progress in the face of ambiguity.

    + A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and obtain consensus to drive quick decisions and action.

    + Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.

    + Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for generating financial and operational insights from data.

    + Strong analysis and Excel modelling skills.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to take complex topics and distill them down into easily digestible formats to present to senior leaders.

    + BA/BS degree required; graduate degree preferred.

    + 3+ years of skills and experience in consulting, business strategy, operational performance improvement, or transformation program management.

    + Ability to travel on occasion as needed.

    The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$127,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
