- Accountable for delivery of revenue and profitability through DSU team(s) P&L management.
- Responsible for the sale of Membership, Smart Home, ID Champion, and other AAA branded products/services.
- Tracks and analyzes all sales metrics to optimize distribution strategy of all lead sources.
- Forecasts staffing needs and maintains staffing pipeline through active recruiting.
- Conducts performance evaluation, implements sales actions plans/coaching, and performance management activities for employees.
- Ensures compliance with AAA policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
- Provides feedback to assist in competitive positioning of AAA products and services (e.g., products, pricing, distribution approaches).
- Strong business acumen skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- P&L accountability and/or progressively responsible revenue/expense accountability (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Membership, Insurance, Travel, Retail or Financial Services organization(s) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of AAA products and systems (Preferred)
- 3-5 years Sales and/or service experience
- 2 + years Supervisory experience in travel, retail sales, insurance or service industry. Comparable experience in a management capacity may also be considered. (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Bi-lingual communication skills (Preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
- Must be able to understand and follow complex instructions
