Establish and maintain cost effective machine set-up procedures including fixture design, manufacturing process approach and automation. Develop net trim flat pattern sheet metal details and related tooling modification as required. Improve existing programs while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Produce quality CNC programs to accomplish production and quality goals.
Must be proficient in CNC and robotic programming.
Capable of reverse engineering, modeling and tool design.
Able to develop technical drawings and CNC programs per customer's specifications.
Determine quality requirements to ensure products meet design specifications; modify programs to eliminate errors and meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.
Spend time on the production shop floor to observe operations, gain process insights, and propose changes on an ongoing basis.
Practical experience with post process modification.Train engineers and operators.
Responsible for the quality of the design/drawings for each assigned project.
Analyze design factors including ability to produce, maintain, material costing, and design efficiency.
Provide technical support to promote continuous improvement activities.
Proficient in time management and leadership skills.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budget to ensure projects meet initial estimate.
Attention to detail and thorough completion of projects.
Must be able to work effectively as an individual or with a team.
Requirements:
Practical experience with sound technical skills, analytical ability, decisive, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
Project management
CMM/PCMM programing experience preferred.
