- Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
- Engage with members to enhance their fitness experience.
- Create personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
- Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your skills.
- Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.
- Current Personal Training certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
