Responsibilities

Assist with procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients

Prepare and position patients accurately.
Prepare and administer contrast media and medications.
Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity.
Monitor protocols and recommend updates.
Follow radiation safety procedures.
Able to perform all specialized imaging procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Cardiographic Tech and Radiologic Technologist credentialing required.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialing preferred.

Education:

High School diploma with experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR cumulative job specific experience required.
