WHAT YOU WILL DO

Serve as a key member of a DevOps team, executing system upgrades, monitoring performance, conducting testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive use case test suite to ensure robust testing of all system functionalities.
Generate and revise critical user documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and system administration guides.
Manage user support tickets efficiently using Jira Help Desk, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate closely with the development team on various tasks, including implementing new functionalities, conducting release testing, and resolving issues.
Work within a team of over 20 professionals providing full-lifecycle support to a versatile software application that handles audio ingest, storage, query, playback, analysis, and transcription, used on both small-scale and large-scale systems.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

At least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Linux commands and database query languages such as MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, and Elastic.
Expertise in using tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Mattermost.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript) and agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
Knowledge of automated Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Strong analytical skills to effectively identify and isolate defects in complex systems.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with UI automated tests, particularly Selenium-based frameworks.
