    Salary Range:
    $ $110.00 per hour

    This is a part-time position.


    Essential Job Functions:
    Participate in communication with multiple program offices and teams across DoD to ensure successful execution of Exodus services.

    Assist the TPO with coordination of technical work in alignment with program priorities and schedules.


    Apply knowledge of cyber security, systems engineering, instrumentation systems, video systems, networking, web design, databases, software engineering, configuration management, and trusted operating systems to design, operate, and document multi-level security system architecture.

    Encourage and lead process improvement initiatives.

    Help build the team's collective expertise by effectively transferring knowledge and skills to others.


    Required Skills:
    Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements,

    U.S. Citizenship is required .

    A bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.

    Must currently possess or have eligibility for a TS/SCI security clearance.


    Possess strong communication skills, collaboration and teamwork, be able to adapt to changing situations, assist with conflict resolution, and problem solving.

    Must have and maintain certification to SECNAV M IAT Level III standards.


    System Engineer/IT is a subject matter expert in systems engineering, design, implementation, and operation of multi-level secure computing facilities and databases.


    System Engineer/IT is expected to solve significant technical issues as technology improves and the customer base expands, while maintaining strict adherence to the most stringent information security guidelines in order to safeguard the data of major DOD programs.

    System Engineer/IT will assist Exodus as a subject matter expert in multi-level security systems with customers across DOD.

    Possess experience with the Solaris with Trusted Extensions operating system.


    The duties of this position requires technical knowledge and experience in weapons system instrumentation, test and evaluation, information systems development, multi-level security information architectures, trusted operations systems, cybersecurity, communications security, networking, software, and configuration management, as well as programmatic knowledge and experience in personnel, cost analysis, contracts, logistics, budget development & execution.


    Requires interaction as requested with weapon system development program customers up to the Pentagon, PEO, and PMA level and equivalents across service boundaries, range facilities across service boundaries, as well as associated prime and sub-contractors.
