Description
Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, located in South Orange, provides home care throughout Essex, Union, Hudson and Morris Counties for pediatrics and adults.
We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team.Within our company, the RN helps to fulfill the skilled care requirements of our patients.
Under the direction and support of the Director of Nursing, the successful candidates will work within their entire scope of practice.
We provide extensive paid training, specific to a homecare setting, in order to ensure success with our agency.We have a very high success rate with new graduates as well as experienced nurses.
RN Responsibilities include:
-providing one-to-one skilled care in the home / school setting
-lifting / repositioning at times
-completing daily charting
-following plan of care
-reporting to Director of Nursing
-following all clinical and office policies
RN Qualifications/Skills include:
-committed and reliable in regard to assigned shifts
RN PREFERRED PERKS:
