    This role would start in the summer when we have our 2nd Doctor joining the team
    Premier Dental Partners West County - Olive Blvd is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.
    Work Schedule (open to part time): Monday 8am -6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am -5pm
    2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix
    60min recare, 90min new patient appointment
    Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.
    Ability to earn daily + quartlery bonuses
    We have arestin, iTero, velscope + CE coverage available
    Full time is a minimum of 30HRS to receive full benefits package to include UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More

    Minimum Qualifications
    Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
    Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
    CPR Certification
    Preferred Experience
    Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
    Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
    Clinical needs as required by office
    Physical Requirements
    Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
    Prolonged periods sitting and standing
    Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
    Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
