    We're looking to add a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Director to our Integrated Marketing team. The Marketing Operations Director understands how to get different technologies and teams to work well together. You are at the forefront of strategic growth, driven by a commitment to dynamic, tech-savvy, and operationally efficient practices.

    You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to execute a strategic marketing vision.

    You know how to successfully work across time zones and teams to create efficiencies through process improvements, technical or otherwise.

    Drive effective teamwork and communication across teams by prioritizing work, creating documentation, and managing workflows across several marketing channels.

    Enhance digital, technical, and operational infrastructure to optimize efficiency and process.
    Manage the Marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and more.
    Define and build marketing programs that grow the relationships with our alliances and partners while delivering pipeline.

    Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the marketing database, ensuring data is added, scrubbed, enriched, and removed as needed.

    Report on performance to provide clear visibility into marketing activities, helping stakeholders understand trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team, Sales, and other departments to align marketing activities with broader company objectives.

    Stay on top of industry best practices, Marketing and Operations trends, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.

    Team Leadership:

    Recruit, train, and manage a small but mighty team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their continued professional development.

    8+ years of managing marketing operations, including reporting, metrics, strategic insights and alignment, and special projects.
    ~ Scale-up experience with a proven track record of success in a Marketing Operations leadership role.
    ~ Strong proficiency with Marketing Ops tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Analytics.
    ~ Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    ~ Experience operating as a business partner to a scaling global Marketing organization.
    ~ Extensive experience in Marketing or Revenue operations Strong understanding of SaaS customer acquisition.
    ~ Experience building, analyzing, and optimizing B2B Marketing funnels, including lead scoring and campaign automation, and working with B2B Sales teams.
    ~ Experience working with remote teams with excellent leadership and coaching skills.
