An educational institution is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join their team headquartered in Irvine, CA. The engineer will be serving as an architect for endpoint management within OIT, maintaining currency in related technologies, and providing expertise, advice, direction in areas of new and emerging platforms.

This person will maintain security design and practices, in collaboration with and as a liaison to security staff. The candidate will also perform operational tasks such as systems installations, migrations, upgrades, patching and apply subject matter expertise in architecture and operations of endpoint management to OIT.

This position is hybrid and the candidate must come on site in Irvine at least 3 days a week.

60% of the role is serving as an endpoint architect

25% will be operational management

10% is more applying subject matter expertise

Compensation:

$48/hr to $57/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
