- Physical Requirements: This is primarily an active position which requires the Construction Manager to have the ability to work in excess of eight hours a day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.
- The Construction Manager must be able to operate computer equipment, see, speak and hear.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, around hazardous chemicals, dust and dirt.
- As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision, coordination and management of all assigned residential construction.
- Inspects and enforces job safety requirements Completes 'punch lists' and assists in completion of new home orientation lists.
