    Our client is seeking a Head of Product to help drive strategies for their exciting new service/assistant AI products.

    This San Francisco-based company uses the latest AI technologies, such as LLM, to accelerate the development of service-related tools and platforms.

    In collaboration with their in-house expertise and global tech giants like Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI, they aim to maximize the potential of generative AI to create innovative customer services.

    The Head of Product will lead the strategic development of all products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps, focusing on innovation and efficiency.

    This is a hybrid role, on-site in San Francisco (Santa Clara), ideally 3+ days per week in the office.

    Product Launch:
    Lead product launches, ensuring effective coordination with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

    Product Marketing:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
    Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively position and sell our products.
    Mobile and web experience
