The Division of Academic General Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) is currently looking for a dedicated full-time academic general pediatrician to join our dynamic team in the LINCS (Linking the Individual Needs of Children with Services) complex care program.

Our experienced team consists of two complex care pediatricians, a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, a social worker, a patient representative, and administrative staff.

The LINCS Complex Care Program offers comprehensive primary care services and sub-specialty care coordination following a medical home model for patients with complex medical needs.

We serve a diverse patient population of children and adolescents with various comorbidities and technology-dependencies related to different health conditions.

The ideal candidate should be board certified/board eligible in Pediatrics, demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, have a background in medical education or research, and a strong commitment to advancing complex care practices.

Responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, mentoring residents in the LINCS Complex Care Program, and actively participating in inpatient consultations and quality improvement projects.
