    Director of Nursing (DON) - Vineyard Post Acute

    About Us:

    Vineyard Post Acute is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in the overall management of the entire nursing department, ensuring the highest level of resident care and safety.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
    • Ensure resident safety and uphold the utmost respect for all residents
    • Coordinate pharmacy services and oversee medication management
    • Act as a liaison between the facility, physicians, and family members
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent overall resident care
    • Participate in quality assurance and patient care conferences

    Requirements:

    • Must have experience working as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing facility
    • Proven experience in nursing leadership
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle employee appraisals and resolve problems effectively
    • Commitment to maintaining employee and resident confidentiality
    • Must have proven Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
    • Must be a Registered Nurse with an active license.
    • Legally Authorized to work in the United States
