A minimum of 5 years wrangling the complexities of commercial HVAC construction projects. (Think high-rises, hospitals, and shopping malls – basically, buildings that need serious air game)

The ability to speak fluent "HVAC-ese" to clients and translate architect scribbles into actual comfort systems.

(Seriously, those drawings look like a blender exploded on a blueprint.) Superhuman organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, budgets, and egos like a champ.

(Because construction sites are full of all three, and keeping everyone cool is key) X-ray vision for spotting potential project issues before they blow a fuse.

(Think late deliveries, grumpy subcontractors, and the occasional surprise code change.) The communication skills of Captain America. You'll be leading a team, keeping clients informed, and negotiating like a boss.
