    Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a respected law firm based in Irvine, specializing in a broad range of civil litigation fields. The firm is committed to providing outstanding service and achieving excellent results for their clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting the attorneys by ensuring that all legal documents are prepared with accuracy and are compliant with relevant laws and court procedures. This is typically a 2-1 desk.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Master the creation of discovery documents and the preparation of pleadings.
    • Manage proper service and filing of legal documents.
    • Accurately calendar court dates, deadlines, and reminders for attorneys.
    • Conduct filings in state and federal courts, encompassing various types of litigation beyond bankruptcy.
    • Maintain a desk ratio of 2:1, ensuring efficient and effective support to two attorneys.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Litigation Secretary or similar role, with a strong understanding of litigation procedures and document management.
    • Familiarity with state and federal court filing requirements.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to fit into and enhance our firm culture.
    • Advanced proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
