Responsibilities:
Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis.
Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for senior executives, including the Board of Directors.
Coordinate due diligence activities and lead meetings with internal project teams and external parties.
Assist in transaction structuring and negotiation.
Manage the internal M&A reporting process.
Produce completive intelligence research.
Conduct transaction retrospective analyses.
Complete various ad hoc requests and projects.

Qualifications:
10 years of relevant experience, 5+ years of M&A experience, ideally with 2+ years of Corporate Development experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a similar area
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Google suite a plus
Financial analysis and modeling expertise
Baseline level of negotiation skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, as well as work through ambiguity
Good communication skills and ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, business owners and other third parties
Strong work ethic and ability to complete assignments with limited oversight
