    LOCATIONS
    The Sacramento office is our corporate headquarters and home base for the company at large.

    Our team works on all disciplines and a variety of project types throughout California and other parts of the West.

    With Sacramento's self-proclamation as "America's farm to fork capital", the office is located near an abundance of great restaurants, fun and culture.

    We're close to downtown and the vibe that goes with that. Access to major freeways makes accessibility a breeze.
    Southern California


    Our Southern California operation is currently based in San Diego and focuses on projects throughout San Diego and into the greater Los Angeles area.

    Located in the heart of Mission Valley, our office is close to the great outdoors. Beaches, regional parks and other outdoor activities (concerts, art, etc.) are a short drive away.

    The Position We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Corporate Headquarters in Sacramento. The ideal candidate for this position thrives at the intersection of communication, creative vision, and technology.
    Our business operations team manages the IT, marketing, and administrative functions of the company.

    As the leader of this team, you will be directly involved in all facets of the department, overseeing our outside IT consultant and addressing internal challenges as you lead and develop the team.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field

    Our Design Engineers work on project teams to take projects from initial layout through construction.

    They complete calculations, mark up plans, and draw details as most entry level engineers do; however, they also answer questions from the field, coordinate with trades & contractors, and collaborate with the full project team.

    Our Designers work on project teams to take projects from initial layout through construction. They complete electrical load and lighting calculations, size equipment, and develop one-line diagrams for buildings.

    However, they also answer questions from the field, coordinate with trades & contractors, and collaborate with the whole project team to ensure the design is fully coordinated.

    They work on all aspects of the project including CAD project file creation, prepping construction documents for design review, CAD project documentation and drafting design redlines per company standards.
